Registration for this exclusive conference,
as well as hotel reservations at the conference hotel, may
be accomplished via this website.
Deadline for registration is Thursday,
March 25, 2007
Invitees are encouraged to register as early
as possible as acceptance will be on a first-come,
first-served basis and space is limited to 150
participants.
The program will be held that the luxurious

A group of rooms has been reserved at the
special rate of $199.00 per night, not including taxes.
The hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is
12:00 noon. Should you arrive prior to the check-in
time, you are welcome to store your luggage with the Bell
Captain.
Note that the group rate at the W is only
available through March 14.

All registration fees are non-refundable.
Regarding staff attendance, the rates are
the same for all attendees.
In consideration of the confidential nature
of the information to be shared at the Seminar, we require
that a Hypatia Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) be executed
for each attendee. The NDA will be provided to you,
upon your arrival, at the Seminar Registration.

non-transferable.
